Shipping Policy
Jessi’s Sweet Treats ships items available on the website throughout the United States. Once you have placed your order, please allow 1-3 days for your order to be shipped as most items are made to order. Orders placed are shipped Monday- Thursday to avoid weekend overlay. After your item has been shipped you will receive a tracking number and delivery is based on the option you selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to incorrect addresses.

During the holiday season, orders may have longer processing time due to high volume of orders. You may communicate delivery date requests in the note section before placing your order. We are not responsible for any delivery delays due to high volume USPS experiences during the holiday season.

For best results, our cake jar products should be refrigerated upon arrival and consumed within 5 days of delivery. They can alternately be frozen upon arrival for up to 4 weeks. If you will be storing them in a refrigerator, please allow approximately 15 minutes to reach room temperature.
